Hi,
The SD card supplied with the printer is suppose to contain a file called "autoprint.pcode". If the SD card is inserted and the printer is powered on, the autoprint.pcode file will be read and the printer will start the printing sequence.
Unfortunately, we have discovered that some units that were shipped out had SD cards that were empty.
If you have an SD card reader, please check with your computer whether the SD card contains a file called "autoprint.pcode" inside. If it doesn't, we apologize for the inconvenience;
you can download the "Pokémon autoprint" file ïn this forum The Pokemon autoprint file clickable download link can be seen when you click on "Show Essential Model Print Files
The file is compressed so you will need to uncompress the file autoprint.pcode into your empty SD card.
Printing from SD card always causes the file named "autoprint.pcode" to trigger a print sequence using that file.
